Choosing a size

Trampoline size is measured across the frame. A larger diameter gives more room to jump but needs more space around it. Check the listed maximum load on each product page - for example, the 6 ft trampoline is listed for 80 kg, the 8 ft trampoline for 100 kg and the 10 ft trampoline for 120 kg.

• 6 ft: compact gardens and terraces, younger children.
• 8 ft: the most common choice for family gardens.
• 10 ft: larger lawns and families with older children.
• Springless: the 8 ft springless trampoline has no exposed springs around the mat.

Where to place it

Choose flat, level ground and leave at least 2 metres (about 6.5 ft) of clear space around the trampoline, with nothing overhead such as branches, wires or a low roof. Grass or another soft surface around it is better than concrete or tiles.

Safe jumping

• An adult should supervise whenever children are jumping.
• One jumper at a time is the safest rule on a home trampoline.
• Keep the net entrance closed while someone is jumping.
• No somersaults or flips.
• Jump barefoot or in grip socks, without spectacles or sharp objects.
• Do not use it when the mat is wet or in strong wind.

Care and spare parts

Check the springs, frame pads, net and fixings regularly and replace anything worn. Spare springs, a trampoline ladder and a replacement safety net are sold separately. Measure your frame and existing parts before ordering spares.

Delivery, warranty and returns

Delivery is free within Delhi NCR. Elsewhere in India, orders of ₹500 or more are delivered free and smaller orders carry ₹499; remote areas carry a ₹1,500 surcharge. Most orders arrive within 3-15 business days of dispatch confirmation. Purchased trampolines carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days, with reverse shipping paid by the buyer. For a one-day party or carnival in Delhi NCR, a trampoline on rent is usually easier than buying.

Spring or springless?

Traditional trampolines use steel springs around the edge of the mat. They give a lively bounce, and worn springs are easy to replace. Springless designs use a different tensioning system, so there are no exposed springs around the mat. Whichever you choose, check the listed weight limit and stay within it.

Assembly and first use

Assemble the trampoline on level ground with two adults, following the steps for your model. Before the first jump, check that every spring or tensioning point is attached, the frame joints are secure and the safety net is fastened all the way round. Repeat this check every few weeks, and after strong wind or heavy rain.
