Shipping & Return Policy

This policy applies to products purchased through partycraz.com. Event rentals and on-site services follow separate coordination terms confirmed at booking.

Business Information

Shipping — Sale Products

PartyCraz ships sale products across India. The exact delivery charge for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

  • Bouncy castles, trampolines & accessories: Free delivery across India on all bouncy castles, trampolines and accessories (blowers, repair kits, ladders, springs, safety nets) — no minimum order, no remote-area or heavy-item charge. Delivery time: 3–7 working days.
  • Toys & return gifts: Free delivery in Delhi NCR. Elsewhere in India, free on orders of ₹500 or more; orders below ₹500 pay ₹499.
  • Remote areas: For products other than bouncy castles, trampolines and accessories, North-East states, islands and Ladakh carry a ₹1,500 remote-area charge, shown at checkout before payment. Other products typically arrive within 3–15 business days after dispatch confirmation.

You will receive dispatch notification with tracking details when available. Inspect the package on delivery and report visible transit damage within 24 hours with photos.

Shipping — Rentals & Services

Rental items (bouncy castles, trampolines, mascots, equipment) are delivered to your venue by PartyCraz partners. Delivery/setup fees, if any, are included in your rental quote. We coordinate entry permissions for societies, schools, and farmhouses in advance.

Returns & Refunds — Sale Products

  • Defective or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos. We arrange replacement, repair, or refund after verification.
  • Change of mind: Unopened, unused sale items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to reverse-shipping cost and product condition inspection. Custom or made-to-order inflatables are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Refund method: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations — Rentals & Events

  • Cancellations more than 7 days before the event date: advance may be refunded minus coordination charges where our team was reserved.
  • Cancellations within 48–72 hours: up to 50% of the booking value may be retained for reserving our team and for logistics.
  • Same-day cancellation: advance is generally non-refundable.

Weather or venue access issues: contact us immediately — we will attempt rescheduling before applying cancellation charges.

Warranty

Purchased bouncy castles and trampolines come with a 2-year warranty, counted from the invoice date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only: stitching, seams and joints, and material defects. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery is not covered.
