- Bouncy castles, trampolines and their spares: free delivery within Delhi NCR, and free elsewhere on orders of ₹500 or more.
- Other products: free delivery on orders of ₹500 or more; smaller orders carry a standard ₹499 charge.
- Orders of more than 3 bouncy castle or trampoline units add a flat ₹299.
- Addresses in the North-East states, island territories and Ladakh carry a remote-area surcharge of ₹1,500.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3-15 business days of dispatch confirmation, depending on the delivery address. If you need something for a fixed date, order early, or check with us on WhatsApp at 9871273639 before ordering.
Warranty and returns
Purchased bouncy castles and trampolines carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. For any order, report damage, defects or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days, with reverse shipping paid by the buyer; custom or made-to-order inflatables cannot be returned unless defective. Approved refunds are processed in 7-10 business days. Full terms are on the shipping and return policy page.
