Welcome to PartyCraz (partycraz.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online shop, rental enquiries, event services, and related offerings operated by PartyCraz from Gurugram, Haryana, India.

1. About PartyCraz

2. Orders, Enquiries & Bookings

Product prices, rental packages, and service quotes displayed on the website are indicative unless confirmed in writing (WhatsApp, email, or order confirmation). A booking is confirmed only after PartyCraz accepts your enquiry and you agree to the quoted amount, date, venue, and delivery/setup terms.

3. Payments

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other methods shown at checkout or shared during booking. Advance payment may be required to reserve rental dates, delivery slots, or coordination by our team. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies depend on the product or service booked. Rental cancellations within 48 hours of the event date may incur charges. Sale product cancellations before dispatch follow our Shipping & Return Policy. Contact us promptly for any change request.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can fulfil orders and coordinate events.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false enquiries, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use PartyCraz listings for fraudulent purposes. We may suspend accounts or refuse service where misuse is detected.

7. Intellectual Property

PartyCraz logos, product photography, website design, and written content are protected. You may not reproduce our materials for commercial use without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PartyCraz coordinates products and services with care. To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific transaction, except where mandatory consumer protection law applies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
