Birthday Planner in Chandigarh

Children's birthdays in Chandigarh are often hosted at home - a kothi lawn in the northern sectors, a terrace in Sector 35 or Sector 44, or a flat in one of the newer Mohali and Zirakpur societies - with bigger first-birthday functions moving to a banquet hall or club. PartyCraz plans kids birthdays across the tricity and adapts the plan to the space you have.

We start with your child's age and favourite theme - cartoon characters, superheroes, princesses, animals, space or a soft pastel look for a first birthday - and design decor, entertainment and the order of the party around it. A plan usually includes a balloon backdrop and cake table, a magician or game coordinator, an inflatable or trampoline if there is a lawn, a tattoo or candy floss counter, and return gifts.

Lawn parties are a Chandigarh favourite in the pleasant months of February to April and October to November. In peak summer we suggest evening timings, and in December and January the light fades early and it turns cold quickly, so afternoon parties with setup completed by lunchtime work better. Rain in July and August means keeping an indoor or covered fallback for outdoor plans.

Tricity birthdays often involve family coming in from across Punjab and Haryana, which means guest numbers can change late. We plan decor and entertainment so they scale up or down easily, and we suggest activities that work for a wide age range when cousins of different ages will be present. Let us know the final count a few days before the party and we will adjust the plan accordingly.

PartyCraz is registered in Gurugram, and we deliver and set up in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. Because the team and equipment travel up from Gurugram, please share your date early - weekends around school holidays go first. WhatsApp 9871273639 with the child's age, theme, guest count and venue, and we will send a birthday plan you can fine-tune.

Birthday Planner — common questions

Can you plan a birthday on our kothi lawn in Chandigarh?

Yes. Kothi lawns are ideal for decor plus an inflatable or trampoline. We need the lawn size, a power point for any blower and the timing of your party.

Do you plan first birthdays in Mohali and Panchkula too?

Yes. We plan first birthdays across the tricity, at homes, clubs and banquet halls.

Can a mascot character come to the party?

Mascot appearances can be requested and depend on character availability for your date. Tell us the character when you enquire.
