Sales Executive — Pan India (Freshers & Experienced)

About the Role

PartyCraz is Delhi NCR's leading party rental & event company — bouncy castle on rent, trampoline, birthday decoration, magic show, kids entertainment and complete event planning. We are hiring energetic candidates across **entire India**. **Freshers and experienced professionals both welcome.** **Male and female candidates both encouraged to apply.** Full-time role with field + office work mode; pan-India travel for events where required. As a Sales Executive, you will convert enquiries into bookings for bouncy castle rental, trampoline, decoration packages and full birthday events. You will handle WhatsApp/phone leads, visit client sites when needed, and build long-term relationships with schools, societies and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound WhatsApp, phone and website enquiries for party packages
Prepare quotations for bouncy castle, trampoline, decoration and combo deals
Follow up with clients until booking confirmation and advance payment
Visit schools, societies and event venues for B2B/B2C sales where needed
Maintain CRM / sheet with pipeline, lost deals and repeat customers
Coordinate with operations for slot availability and delivery feasibility
Achieve monthly sales targets with incentive-linked growth

Requirements

Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation (12th pass considered for exceptional candidates)
Experience: 0–5 years — **freshers welcome** with strong communication skills

Skills: Fluent Hindi & English; comfortable with WhatsApp-based sales/coordination
