Marketing Executive — Pan India (Freshers & Experienced)

About the Role

PartyCraz is Delhi NCR's leading party rental & event company — bouncy castle on rent, trampoline, birthday decoration, magic show, kids entertainment and complete event planning. We are hiring energetic candidates across **entire India**. **Freshers and experienced professionals both welcome.** **Male and female candidates both encouraged to apply.** Full-time role with field + office work mode; pan-India travel for events where required. As a Marketing Executive, you will drive brand awareness, digital campaigns and lead generation for PartyCraz birthday and event services. You will create content for social media, run WhatsApp and digital campaigns, and support sales with qualified leads across your city and region.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital & local marketing campaigns for birthday and event services
Manage PartyCraz social media pages, reels and WhatsApp broadcast content
Generate and nurture leads via Meta Ads, Google and local partnerships
Create brochures, offer creatives and festival campaign assets
Coordinate with sales team on campaign ROI and conversion tracking
Support SEO/local listings and customer review generation
Report weekly on leads, CPL and campaign performance

Requirements

Education: Graduate or pursuing graduation (12th pass considered for exceptional candidates)
Experience: 0–5 years — **freshers welcome** with strong communication skills
Gender: **Male and female both** — equal opportunity employer

Skills: Fluent Hindi & English; comfortable with WhatsApp-based sales/coordination
